1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Simulyx ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License grant
Simulyx grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software in accordance with your subscription plan (Free, Pro, or Team). The Software is licensed, not sold.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT compliance. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
4. Refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If Simulyx doesn't meet your needs within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for partial months.
5. Engineering disclaimer
Simulyx is an engineering assistance tool. All simulation results, reports, and recommendations must be independently verified by a qualified Professional Engineer before use in any design decision, regulatory submission, or safety-critical application. Simulyx does not replace professional engineering judgment.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simulyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to design decisions made based on simulation results.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your license key remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which the Software reverts to the Free tier. All local files remain on your machine.
