Software license
Simulyx is proprietary software. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of machines specified by your plan (1 machine for Free and Pro, configurable for Team and Enterprise).
Open-source components
Simulyx integrates with open-source solvers (CalculiX, Gmsh) which are distributed under their own licenses (GPL for CalculiX, GPL for Gmsh). These solvers are installed separately on your machine. Simulyx itself is not open source and is not distributed under GPL.
Your data
You retain full ownership of all files created during your use of Simulyx, including geometry files, mesh files, solver results, and generated reports. Simulyx makes no claim to your engineering data or intellectual property.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key with others.
